The Medicare.gov plan finder has add a temporary new feature to the "add your prescription drugs" section of the plan finder. Towards the bottom of the page, you will see a button "Find Your Saved Drug Lists". You can also access the tool directly at
https://www.medicare.gov/find-your-old-drug-list/
Medicare notes, "Find saved drug lists from the old Medicare Plan Finder. Print your previous list to help you create a new one in the new Medicare Plan Finder. Your previous drug lists will
only be available until the end of Open Enrollment." [emphasis added]
The "Saved Drug List" retrieval tool requires your DRUG LIST ID (10 digits) and the PASSWORD DATE from the old Medicare.gov plan finder. Then click the blue "Find My Drug List" button.
Your drug list including drug name and strength, original drug entry, along with quantity/frequency will be shown for each drug on your old saved drug list. Also, your selected pharmacies will be listed with name, address, and phone number.
Unfortunately, this data will NOT be pulled into the new Medicare.gov plan finder. You must print or copy the list and one-by-one manually add the drugs into the new plan finder.
