The U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and the Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands provide help for their residents with their Medicare drug costs. In general, this help is for residents in these areas who qualify for Medicaid
