Even if you are receiving only partial “Extra Help” you are NOT eligible for the $250 Rebate.
If you are not sure if you are receiving extra help, go to our PDP-Finder and look up your plan.
If your monthly premium is less than what is stated in our PDP-Finder, you are receiving some “Extra Help”.
You can also contact your Medicare Part D plan for more information about your Extra-Help status.
The “Extra Help” program is provided by the Social Security administration and more information on the Medicare Part D Extra Help program can be found at www.ssa.gov/prescriptionhelp/.
