The information

Plan and drug figures are reproduced from public CMS and FDA files as published, and each page states the plan year and region it covers. Plans can change their formularies and pharmacy networks during the year, and the only derived figure — the estimated 30-day fill cost — is labelled as such. Before you enroll, confirm the details with the plan or at medicare.gov. Nothing here is medical, legal or financial advice.

Using the site

You may read, print and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. Do not use the forms to send messages to people who have not asked for them, or try to disrupt or scrape the site at volume.
