What we collect

  • What you type into our forms — newsletter sign-up, “email me the plan details”, “send this chart to my email”, the plan-year reminder service, the help desk and Medicare Supplement quote requests. That is your email address and whatever else the form asks for (name, state, ZIP code, phone, question), and the page you sent it from.
  • A one-way hash of your IP address with each submission, used only to limit abuse of the forms. We do not store the address itself.
  • Usage analytics — pages viewed and general device information, through Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics and PostHog.

How we use it

  • To send you what you asked for: plan details, a chart link, the newsletter or a reminder.
  • To answer your help-desk question.
  • For a Medicare Supplement quote request, to contact you about Medicare Supplement insurance options, as you agreed on that form.

We do not sell your personal information. Submissions are stored with our database provider (Supabase) and email is delivered by our email provider (Resend), who process it on our behalf.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter or reminders at any time. To unsubscribe, or to have anything you sent us corrected or deleted, ask through the help desk.

This site never sees your Medicare records. Medicare’s own privacy notice is in the Notice of Privacy Practices for Original Medicare.
