Archive: Who will send me my $250 rebate check my 2010 Medicare Part D plan or Medicare?

The $250 rebate check will be sent automatically from Medicare. The mailing envelope will have a US Health & Human Services (HHS) symbol or logo and the printed words "Medicare Part D".

Your Medicare Part D plan will notify Medicare when you enter the donut hole and then Medicare will send you the rebate check within 45 days after receiving notification from your Medicare Part D plan.
