All in all, not too much of a change in the Medicare Part D plans for either California or Florida.  The number of Medicare Part D plans has remained stable and there are actually more plans now available with some Gap or Doughnut (Donut) Hole coverage (although it is unclear whether the gap coverage is for all or just a limited number of generic medications).  Average monthly Medicare Part D plan premiums have increased  (which is not really late-breaking news) and the price range of Part D plan premiums has increased or widened.
