Pharmacies & Providers · published Oct 15, 2015

United American Insurance Company notes on their website that they have a pharmacy network of 68,000 pharmacies and the Medicare Part D plans utilize preferred pharmacy pricing. Meaning: you will pay less for your formulary medications at one of United American preferred pharmacies.

If you need more assistance finding a preferred pharmacy in your area, you can call United American toll-free: 1-866-524-4169 (8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., 7 days a week). Hearing-impaired callers using TTY/TDD equipment: 1-866-524-4170.
The United American Medicare Part D (PDP) plan pharmacy search tool can be found at:

(1) First, enter your ZIP Code or address.

(2) Choose the "Pharmacy Type" (for instance, stay with the default "Community/Retail")

(3) Notice on the pharmacy search results page that the Red "map pins" with starts are for pharmacies with Preferred Cost Sharing and the Orange map pins are for pharmacies with Standard Cost Sharing.  The text describing the pharmacies also notes that they are "Preferred".

Remember: A Medicare Part D plan's pharmacy network may change at any time and you will receive notice of pharmacies changes when necessary.
