Please note that when you purchase one of your Medicare Part D plan's Supplemental (non-Part D) drugs, payment for these "Bonus" or "Supplemental" Drugs – made by you or your Medicare drug plan – may be treated differently as compared to other Medicare Part D drug payments.
For example, "Bonus Drug" purchases may not count toward your annual Total out-of-pocket (TrOOP) threshold or (RxMOOP) - which is set at $2,000 in 2025 ($2,100 in 2026). After reaching RxMOOP, Medicare Part D beneficiaries will enter Catastrophic Coverage and have a $0 copay (no additional costs) for all formulary Medicare Part D drugs through the remainder of the year.
Please note: The medications below were formerly Bonus Drugs but are now included on many Medicare Part D plan formularies.
